This page is run by Verto Studios ApS · CVR 46783182 · Erik Menveds Vej 4, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. We are the data controller for everything described here. Because we are established in the EU, the GDPR applies to how we handle your data wherever you live. You can reach us at hello@vertostudios.com.

Kalindo is not a finished product yet. The free year wheel works today, directly in your browser — no login required. You can also share a wheel via code and let an AI assistant read and edit that shared wheel through our MCP server; that works today too, not only in the browser. What isn’t built yet is Pro: the whole organisation editing one wheel with roles instead of a shared code, Outlook sync, and reminders before deadlines — this page measures whether we should build that. Nothing is for sale, nothing is charged, and no price is held.

The rings, activities, titles and dates you create in the wheel are stored in your browser (localStorage). They are not sent to our server unless you share the wheel via code (see the next section). If you clear your browser data, or press “Start over” in the wheel, that content is gone for good — we hold no copy to restore it from.

If you tap “Share via code” in the editor, we store that wheel on our server in the EU under a random 10-character code — no longer only in your browser. Anyone with the code can read and change the wheel; the code works as a shared key, not a login. We do this so you (or an AI assistant, through our MCP server — see /en/mcp) can reach the same wheel from more than one place. Don’t put sensitive personal information in a shared wheel. We delete a shared wheel automatically 180 days after its last change, and you can stop sharing yourself at any time with “Stop sharing” in the editor — the wheel then only stays in your browser, and the code stops working.

If you answer the quiz: what kind of organisation you are, how many people need to edit, what you use today, and which country you're in — plus your email and, if you reach it, which price you would choose. We use this for two things: to tell you if we build Pro, and to decide whether to build it at all. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

If you only visit: we record the page you landed on, where you came from, your browser type, the country your request came from, and the ad tag in the link if there was one. This is how we count visitors well enough to know whether an ad worked. No cookies, no tracking pixel, no IP addresses stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether this page is worth continuing.

While you use the wheel: we record counts — that a ring was added, that an activity was added, that you exported or reset it — never titles, ring names or notes. That's enough to see whether the wheel gets used, without knowing what's in it.

Everything is stored with Supabase, our database provider, hosted in the EU (Stockholm).

This site runs no Meta pixel, no Google Analytics and no third-party advertising or analytics tag of any kind. Nothing you do here is sent to an advertising network. If we ever change that, this page changes first and you will be asked before anything is set.

We store your email and your answers for 180 days, visit data for 90 days, and delete automatically. It runs as a scheduled delete job in the database every night at 03:25 UTC — not an intention, code. Deleted rows can persist in our provider’s backups for a short period afterwards.

Supabase (database hosting, EU) and Vercel (website hosting, functions run from Frankfurt) process this data on our instructions as processors. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for anything except telling you about Kalindo.

Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, withdraw your consent, or receive a copy. Email hello@vertostudios.com and we will act within 30 days. We find your entry by the email address you gave us. You may also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish data protection authority.

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the new text is published at this address.
